FINANCE EXECUTIVE – K HILL PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

Position Title: Fulltime Finance Executive- tenable in Gaborone
Duration: Initial 24/36 months contract, with possible extension/s

Our company is seeking to hire a Finance Executive who will be responsible leading and managing the organisation’s current and future financials, this senior role will make a significant contribution to the organisation’s growth strategy and financial transparency.

Key Responsibility Areas

•       Monitoring financial performance and compliance

•        Establish financial strategies goals, objectives and performance criteria

•     Produce and analyse financial reports such as cashflow statement and profit projections

•       Manage company’s working capital.

•       Review and upgrade financial plans

•       Liaise with and regularly present to the CEO. the Board

•       Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and contractual obligations

•       As an organisational leader, contribute to strategy, management, decision- making and capacity building

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor Degree in Finance, ACCA, CIMA or related fields.

0-2 years’ experience
