POST: OFFICE CLEANER

Applications are invited from suitable qualified Botswana citizens for the above-mentioned post tenable at Pandamatenga Customary Court.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

•To carry out routine cleaning duties on allocated offices.

SALARY SCALE: A3(P18,864-P22,416) per annum.

LEAVE: 20 Working days per annum.

QUALIFICATIONS: PSLE/JC Certificate

REQUIREMENTS:
•Motswana citizen with a valid national identity card (Omang).
•Aged between 18 & 45 years.
•Physically and Mentally fit.
•Be of good character and conduct.
•Having no criminal record.

DUTIES:
•Clean the offices, furniture including sweeping, scrubbing floor & walls, polishing floors, hoovering carpets & Cleaning the windows.
•Clean toilets with disinfectants and ensure toilet paper is in supply at all times.
•Collects and ensures safe custody and availability of cleaning materials and reports any inadequacies to the supervisor.
•Prepares tea for staff and when required.
•Operates electric vacuum cleaner and report it to the supervisor when its due repair/replacement immediately.
•Undertake any other related duties as required by management.
