Uniworld (Pty) Ltd is a local company involved in manufacturing of detergent powder, liquid soaps and Industrial Chemicals. The company seeks to employ a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual with a strong commitment to the following key position at its Detergent Manufacturing Plant in Gaborone.

PRODUCTION & TECHNICAL MANAGER

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Chemistry Work Experience

Over 7 years experience m a Spray Drying Detergent Manufacturing Plant as Production or Plant Manager or equivalent position. The Candidate must be an expert in detergent formulation with familiarity in the implementation of international quality standards.

Job Profile

• Continuous operation and troubleshooting of a detergent plant using spry drying technology.
• Oversee production to ensure timely completion of production targets and quality consistency
• Plant performance analysis, manpower planning, and daily monitoring of overheads for reporting to management.
• Complete maintenance of the plant and raw material consignment planning
• Training and development of technical staff through effective succession planning, performance and accountability.
• Manage business resources to successfully deliver good results in quality, cost .safety, and employee morale
