JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take responsibility for business performance
• Co-ordinate the operations of the shop
• Manage stock and produce weekly reports
• Manage subordinates
• Self-driven and willing to work in fast paced environment
• Work with management to develop the shop product mix
• Collaborate and manage customer relations

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate/Diploma in business administration or Retail
• Valid driver’s license
• Be computer literate and able to operate POS system
• Strong understanding of vegetable and fruit market in Botswana
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic retail merchandising proficiency
• Positive attitude and desire to build the brand
• 4 year experience on a similar position
