Project Manager – Diamond Trading Company Botswana

We are looking for a versatile, driven and dynamic individual to join our company as a Project Manager- Operations to provide management oversight for all phases of Operations Projects to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects in accordance with standards through coordination and integration of efforts between operations, technology teams and other functions, in order to effectively and efficiently deliver projects according to plan

The individual will be responsible for “Systems Thinking”- designing and optimizing individual systems, ensure optimal use of technology and systems, initiate, develop and manage operational project plans and schedules for the end to end process through effective utilization of resources and serving as a partner to other business/organizational units, both internal and external.

Knowledge and skills required are, Delivery Authority, Continuous Improvement, Monitoring Authority and Managerial Authority.

You are required to have a Degree/ equivalent qualification (process or operations and project management qualification would be an added advantage). Minimum 12 years in-depth diamond experience with at least 5 years within a project management environment.
