HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

The required candidates should have the following requirements:

– He/ she will be responsible for developing training and development programs
– Assist in performance management processes
– Problem-solving and decision making aptitude
– Have experience of two years and above
– Experience in Hotel/Lodges will be added advantage
– Responsible for recruitment of staff
– Driver’s license will also be added advantage.
– The candidates should have at least certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
