TEACHING INSTRUCTOR FORENSIC SCIENCE – BIUST

The University is looking for qualified and experienced individual for the below stated position; The position of Teaching Instructor Forensic Science is offered on fixed term contract of five (5) years or pensionable terms.

TEACHING INSTRUCTOR FORENSIC SCIENCE

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• To assist in teaching and educating undergraduate students according to requirements and teaching goals set by academics. To coordinate and supervise laboratory/ practical work according to requirement and teaching goals set by academic staff. To evaluate and mark students’ quizzes, assignments, reports, tests and examination scripts.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in a relevant field of Forensic Science or Bachelor of Science in a relevant field of Forensic Science and Master of Science in a related discipline or Bachelor of Science in a discipline related to Forensic Science and Master of Science in Forensic Science or Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in a discipline relate to Forensic Science and three years’experience in Forensic Science

• Teaching and/or professional experience In Forensic Science will be considered an added advantage
• Knowledge of international standards especially ISO 17025 will be considered as an added advantage
