PRINCIPAL/HEADTEACHER

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Post Graduate in Education
• Leadership & Governance skills and experience
• A teaching qualification and not less than 10 (ten) years’ experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Teaching Practice Supervisor / Education Administrative Manager
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Principal/ Headteacher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar Educational Administrative Managerial role in an English Medium School, with exposure/ oversight to Cambridge /other international curricula
• Extensive knowledge of Primary reading schemes and ESL upgrades
• Extensive knowledge of Botswana Primary School Leaving Examination Curriculum
