Duties And Responsibilities

To head and independent risk-oversight department that defines and implements a framework to approve, monitor and report on credit risks and exposures arising from lending, trending and settlement activities in accordance to set principles.
Process Management: the candidate should be able to identify, document and monitor key processes to achieve successful business results. This involves the development of a framework for process improvement. This involves setting up processes that will ensure the coherent process from customer level, debtors and accounts department.
To partner with stakeholders to ensure functional and operational requirements ad adhered to and also test cases to address business requirements.
Ensure high-quality business processes and collection procedures that address issues of compliance and ethics
Consult and negotiate with clients regarding financial transactions, payment terms and credit limits.
