Corporate Communication and Marketing Junior Trainee – Mazars

We are calling upon talent who are seeking for an opportunity to gain serious experience and exposure in an international firm as below:

Position Title: Corporate Communication and Marketing Junior Trainee

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of Tenders proposals and Quotes;
• Identify tender opportunities in media publications (i.e.) Government Gazette, newspapers;
• Assist in the preparation of Tender returnable documents;
• Package, label and deliver Tender proposals;
• Assist in the preparation of brand complaint documents and reports;
• Prepare daily progress report to immediate supervisor;
• Part take in weekly department trainings.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations. Marketing or equivalent.

Person Specification:

• Detailed oriented (very important);
• Team player;
• Goal-oriented;
• Proficient in English;
• Proficient in MS office;
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
