BRANCH COORDINATOR
Western Furnitures group is looking for the Branch Coordinator who will provide assistance to the general manager and branch managers in order to improve organisational performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaises with branches to identify problem and offer advices and solutions.
• Attends to IT related and POS issues
• Monitors CCTV Cameras, Alarms, shop opening and closing
• Reports any burglary issue, attending and fixing the damages
• Collects damaged stock details and getting the approval and submit to the general manager.
• Attends to company vehicle repair and maintenance
• Collects and analyses statistical information updates
• Provides sales update for all branches every day
• Coordinates all kinds of events in the retail department
• Arranges staff Uniform for all branches through liaison with HR Office
• Updates monthly stock take collection and submit to the general manager
• Performs any other related duties
