Business Development Manager

The role of the Business Development Manager will be to perform the new business development functions for the company, and to ensure the identification, analyses/investigation of new business opportunities according to the business strategy for increased revenues and profits. Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead role in cultivating new clients and new business outside of the existing client base
• Increasing the value of current customers
• Provide leads for new business opportunities or prospects and close deals
• Monitor client activity in the market and identify new leads or new market opportunities
• Identify opportunities from market/customers swiftly to enable Yarona FM to provide relevant products or services
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

• Able to seek revenue-producing opportunities, package our services/brand and close deals
• Research and analysis skills and ability to interpret data

• Appropriate computer knowledge – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• Client and project management Qualifications and Experience
• A minimum of 8 years of experience working in marketing/ sales environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management/ Marketing/Sales or other relevant field
• Knowledge of current trends and multimedia platforms
