My client, a leading provider of private education is looking for a Principal to oversee the management teams in the High School, the Primary School and the creche in Botswana. The chosen Principal will be responsible for taking the lead in developing strategies to maintain academic excellence and to ensure the professional, effective and efficient functioning of the systems within the school.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years management experience of which 5 years must be at senior management level in the same and/or similar type of position and similar environment.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful incumbent will be required to have a relevant recognized Degree and/or a 4-year post-matric Teaching Qualification.

Strong finance and business acumen.

Strong management and leadership skills.

Valid working permit.
