CALL CENTER AGENTS REQUIRED – KFC BOTSWANA

KFC Botswana seeks experienced Call Center Agents in Gaborone.

The key competencies and skills required:

Listening skills, verbal and written communication skills Two years Telemarketing / Call Centre Experience

Fluent in both Setswana and English Problem analysis and problem-solving Customer service orientation and a friendly personality Organizational skills Attention to detail Judgment Adaptability Teamwork Stress tolerance Resilience

Experience in KFC Foodservice is added advantage

Professional Qualifications

Diploma in Business Administration or related qualification

Computer literate

Microsoft office qualification

Sales or and Customer service-related qualification

The KFC CALL CENTER operates 24 hours a day hence the Agents will work on shifts.
