Requirements: 

# Cambridge or equivalent
# Tertiary qualifications relating to Front Office Management essential
# Five (5) years’ experience as a Front Office Manager in a 4 star establishment with 80 or more bedrooms
# Excellent knowledge of Opera Property Management System & Associated programs
# Must be able to maximise room sales whilst controlling expense
# Financial skills to control and manage the debtors and PM accounts
# Ability to add value to the client experience and manage associated staff
# Able to interact with local and international clientele as well as interact at a high level with local and international agents. 

# Must be able to manage the client relationship experience
# Would be required to deal with shortcomings as and where necessary.
# Good planning skills
# Flexible with Shift work and self motivated
# Must be willing to develop staff and junior management
# Traceable references
# Should have a general knowledge of other departments in a hotel
# Must have excellent internal and external customer relation skills
# Must be computer literate (Ms word, Excel)
