We are looking fa a highly motivated and passionate individual to join the team as Financial Accountant. The main purpose of the job is to undertake the accounting processes for the company. ensuring that all payments have been made and transactions have been accurately recorded and disclosed in a timely manner. The incumbent will also be required to: calculate and issue financial and operating metrics: prepare accurate and timely reports to the Board: attend to queries/requests from Group within set deadlines and run the procurement function within the company.

The successful candidate should have good planning and analytical skills, good facilitation and judgment skills, persuasive, team player. He or she should be highly organized. meticulous and have the ability to work well under pressure.

To be considered for this position you will need to possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Accounting. Finance and other related disciplines as well as nearing completion a recent completion of a professional accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA. knowledge and an understanding of SAP and MS Office.At least five (5) years experience in a financial accountant role. Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
