RESPONSIBILITIES

– Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.

– Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.

– Achieving established goals.

– Increasing sales.

– Superior product knowledge.

– Maintaining an orderly appearance in the kiosk.

– Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.

– Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.

– Loading money on customers app

– selling electricity and airtime directly to customers

– keeping the PayPro Kiosk clean

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

– Must be fluent in Setwana and English.

– The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

– The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

– Must be good in using smartphones ( Android OS)

– Retail sales experience an added advantage

– A professional appearance.

– Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

SALARY

– P1500 basic + commission on some products you sell directly to customers ( eg Avon, Avroy Shlain )
