Topcare is looking for a committed and hardworking Operations Officer.

Must be a Self a starter, Topcare doesn’t recruit from other companies, we train our people.

Key Objectives:

To manage the day to day operations of the company, through

Effectively preparing and submitting Loan Applications every day.
Assisting Loan Consolidators (LCs) with quotations.
Assisting LCs with Presentations from time to time.
Managing Topcare Service Level (SLA) Companies including Government departments.
Managing Topcare SLA agreements and relating with Broker Managers.
Obtaining and distribution of Stationery from suppliers to LCs.
Ensuring that applications are submitted on time.
Managing Topcare Content such as FB page, twitter web etc with information and responding to clients questions and comments.
Must be able to handle and resolve clients disputes in the absence of the Director.
Must be able to lead the organization smoothly in the absence of the Director.
Manage Topcare Kiosks by ensuring the availability of LCs.
Arrange and Coordinate Trainings for new LCs and staff as and when required.

The company offers attractive Basic Salary plus Bonus for meeting targets. On successful completion of the probation, you will automatically be elevated to Operations Manager.
