Non-exclusive list of responsibilities:
General overseeing of all projects on site and communicating progress, production and quality of work to Management.
Oversee the effective daily running of project, including programming, costing, administration and supervision on site.
Also manage project time lines.
Must be willing to travel in Botswana and across border.
If not a Botswana Resident – must have valid work and residential permits for Botswana

Good Communication & Motivational Skills
Good Record Keeping & Management Skills
Good Technical Skills. Certificates in the Mechanical Trade will be an Advantage
ICDL Certificate will be Favourable.
You will have at least 3 years proven traceable experience in project management or running your department. Traveling will be part of your job description as we have multiple projects running at a time. Thus having your own means of transport will be a must.
Responsibilities may be revised with each newly allocated project to be managed.
REMUNERATION STRUCTURE
Salary will be negotiated according to experience.
Expected commencement date 01 October, 2019.
