TEMPORARY MESSENGER – TONOTA CJSS

REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum academic qualification PSLE (STD 7)

-Be in possession of a valid identity card (omang)

-Aged between 18 – 45 years

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

-Photocopy documents in specific quantities, staple if required and deliver to originating person.

-Operate the duplicating machine and produce the required number of copies and return them to the originating person.

-Keep photocopy, duplicating machines and work area clean

-Collect and deliver files, messages, files documents and other items for the staff and students

-Run official errands and make incidental purchases for the school

-Sign for, collect, sort and deliver all official and private registered and ordinary mail and parcels from the Post Office

-Address, seal and deliver outgoing registered and ordinary mail and parcels to Post Office and obtain necessary receipts for such mail
-Assist in the administrative filing duties

-Reports to Supervisor all losses or damage that occur within the area of responsibility

-Assist in offloading, stacking school supplies and materials and such

-Lock all school doors at end of the day and open them in the opening

-Undertake any other related duties assigned by the supervisor

SALARY SCALE: A2 (P22,596.00 – P26,988.00) PER ANNUM
