MECHANICAL ENGINEER – TENABLE IN LETLHAKANE – LUCARA BOTSWANA

Reporting to the Mining Manager, the Mechanical Engineer is responsible for coordinating engineering activities in order to optimize recovery production targets. The Mechanical Engineer provides mechanical technical services and assurance to mining operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Seven (7) years operational and technical experience in an open-pit mining environment with at (east two (3) years in a similar posit
• Contract management experience desirable
• Appointment to hold legal responsibilities in the mining environment will be an added advantage.
• Technically competent on earthmoving and mining equipment
