PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE CONFERENCES FACILITATORS:

We are seeking Business/Management professionals with a minimum of Masters degrees to join our company as Part-Time Facilitators to provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment in our customer service & business conferences and events, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our participants in Botswana, Zambia and the SADC and achieve desired learning outcomes.We are seeking high quality candidates capable of providing strong contribution to teaching, research and the development of customer service conference materials. Specifically we are looking for candidates with expertise and the skills appropriate for leading and facilitating customer service conferences and events as well as facilitating other general and strategic management including but not limited to HRM, project management, marketing, PR, management of innovation and change and many other diverse fields of studies.
