TEACHING ASSISTANTS- 6 POSITIONS

VACANCY NO:  FSS/PAS 5/2019

Duties:  The successful candidates will be expected to have proficiency to handle tutorials in at least two of the following courses:  Introduction to Political Science; Politics in Botswana; Classical Political Thought; Contemporary Africa; and Introduction to Public Administration; Institutions and Process of Public Administration; Organisational Theories; Public Administration in Botswana and Computer Applications.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science or Public Administration with at least a 2(ii) pass or equivalent or related social sciences discipline.  Experience in handling tutorials would be an added advantage.

Master of Public Administration (MPA), Master of Arts in Politics and International Relations (MAPIR), M.Phil. and Ph.D. students are especially encouraged to apply

Remuneration: The University of Botswana offers a competitive fixed hourly rate.
