IT MANAGER

Purpose ot the Job

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the daily IT workings ot all branches country wide
• Improve processes and policies in support of IT operations in line with organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.
• Implementing & maintaining networks, intranets, multi-domain models
• Plan the use of human resources.
• Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Delegate tasks and accountability.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of the IT department involved in warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods.
• Ensure the quality of products and manage the quality and quantity of employee productivity. Provide technical support where necessary.
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services in all branches. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
• Manage customer support. Plan and support IT aclivilies across our client base.
• Liaison with lop management. Assist in the development of strategic plans tor IT operational activity

Educational Requirements and Experience

• BSc Computer Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years’ industry experience in installing, administering and troubleshooting of Windows XP, VISTA, WIN 7, WIN 8.1, WIN 10, NT, UNIX
• Certifications in Cisco. CCNA. MCSE
• Microsoft Azure Cloud Administrator
