Customer Experience Associate – Naga Earth

Naga Earth is seeking an enthusiastic Direct-to-Consumer/Wholesale Customer Experience Associate that embodies positive and mindful living to fill a key position within our team of hard-working creatives. This role will fulfill all market/expo events, wholesale orders, while maintaining effective stock management. This position is also responsible for providing timely, thoughtful responses to customer inquiries. The right candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, logistical problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail and possess empathy for others. We’re looking for someone who is just as passionate about our company vision as we are!

In addition to providing overall support to our team, you will be focussing your efforts on:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Timely, considered product questions.
Maintain order fulfillment for all outbound orders daily.
Managing finished goods product inventory i.e. counting, replenishing, sorting.
Assist with market/expo events
Awareness and accountability for shipping deadlines, exceptions, and special instances.
Monitor product inventory and communicate to team in order to respond to business opportunities swiftly.
Ability to understand the business holistically and the importance of this role’s responsibilities for overall workflow.
Desire to be one step ahead and prepared for upcoming deadlines.

Former experience in retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or other manual labour positions is helpful.
