Job description
The company is looking for a well qualified and experienced Finance Manager (one position) and he/she will be responsible for:

Managing treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, internal audit, accounting and trade-financing activities
Directing the organization’s financial planning and controls, financial reporting and management accounting functions
Appraising the organization’s financial position and issues periodic financial and operating reports focusing on financial performance, cost reduction and profit improvement measures
Feasibility study of new markets, financial and strategic planning of business expansion and assist the Group FD to review potential disposals and acquisitions
Preparation and issuance of the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements
Participating in the strategic planning and annual business planning activities and ensure business plans are translated into achievable financial objectives

Candidate Requirements

Professionally qualified accountant with over 8 years experience in managing the Finance, Accounting and administration departments, preferably from the retail/wholesale, distribution and real estate sectors
ACA/ACCA/ACMA/BICA qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualifying experience in similar role as Finance Manager or Financial Controller
Excellent knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
Proficiency in using Microsoft office, VIP payroll and Pastel Evolution Accounting packages
