Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens for the post of a temporary office cleaner tenable at Tonota in the Department of Animal Production for 6 months.

TEMPORARY POSITION : Office Cleaner

SALARY SCALE A3 (P18 860.00 – P22 416.00 per annum)

LEAVE RATE: 20 working days per annum

QUALIFICATION : Minimum Primary School Leaving Examination

REQUIREMENTS
-Be a citizen of Botswana
-Should be 18-45 years
-Physically and mentally fit
-Be of sober habits
-Must be able to read and write English and Setswana
-Applicants should enclose certified copies of Omang and educational certificates
-Applicants should quote the vacancy number

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintain daily cleanliness on Government buildings (Offices, passages, storerooms) by sweeping, dusting, scrubbing, washing, polishing the floors, walls windows, toilets, doors, ceilings, and desks as applicable using appropriate equipment and materials.
-Prepares tea for staff and visitors as instructed
-Cleans and safely stores all utensils, equipment and materials after use
-Report any damaged property to the supervisor
-Perform any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
