MANAGER – HUMAN CAPITAL – ABM UNIVERSITY COLLEGE

JOB SUMMARY:

To ensure an effective Human Capital Management system as well as to develop and drive the implementation of the organizational Human Capital strategic goals, objectives and initiatives in line with the Corporate Strategy

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develops Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies, policies and programmes m line the University s strategic objectives
• Provides a full range of general Human Capital services to the Institution’s management including; recruitment and selection onboarding, training and development employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee welfare and stall records management
• Manages effective remuneration and benefits processes and systems
• Ensures developmant and utilization of appropriate information systems that can be used to report on critical Human Capital information
• Leads Employee Health and Wellness to strengthen employee engagement and productivity
• Oversees Human Capital governance with the aim of mitigating institution’s Human Capital risks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Human Resources or Public Administration or any related course
• A master’s degree will be an added advantage
• A minimum of 10 years of related work experience with at least 4 years spent in a managerial in a medium or large organization
• Knowledge of HRIS packages
