SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for planning, organisation and effective control of the Institution’s financial assets in line with the Institution’s overarching policies including risk management

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepares the Institution’s management accounts
• Prepares balance sheet and cash flow
• Oversees customer invoicing and collection
• Assists m annual audit programs
• Bank and accounts reconciliation
• Payroll processing
• Compilation of Income-tax, VAT and WHT in relation to Botswana’s tax legislation
• Overseeing the data capture and preparation of on ongoing monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
• Ensures financial information security and confidentiality

QUALIFICATIONS.

Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Accounting end commerce and professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA,  BICA)
