Practical Housing (Pty) Ltd, a local company dealing in the manufacture, supply and application of Expandable Polystyrene (EPS) Building Systems & Technology is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with at least 10 years
He/ She shall be involved in maximizing project margins by adding value to procurement, cost management and reporting. He/ She shall also be involved in training project staff and specialist subcontractors to ensure technical and commercial controls are in place, always understood and followed.

Requirements
- Minimum: Bachelors Degree (4-year full-time QS related Formal qualification
- Minimum: Registered as a Quantity Surveyor by an Internationally Recognized Body.
- Working experience with Expandable Polystyrene Building Systems & Technology
- Proficiency in all forms of FIDIC Contracts.
Preference will be given to suitably qualified citizens.
