Botswana are seeking an experienced General Manager and Executive Chef Couple to oversee one of their properties.

The candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience

General Manager

5 years’ experience within luxury upmarket safari/hotel properties Only A to 5-star properties will be considered.

A thorough understanding of camp/lodge/hotel standard operating procedures in regard to food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and conservation best practice.

Form 5 or higher secondary education Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management Great at hosting international clientele.

Superb food and beverage knowledge a must for creating restaurant menus and costings, as well as beverage menu and costings

Qualifications in wine very advantageous Human resource knowledge is a must.

Executive Chef

5 years’ experience within luxury upmarket safari/hotel properties. Only A to 5-star properties will be considered.

A thorough understanding of camp/lodge/hotel standard operating procedures in regard to food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and conservation best practice.

Form 5 or higher secondary education Diploma or Degree in Chef/ Culinary Arts Great at hosting international clientele.
