Marketing Officer

Job Description

We are looking for energetic and high performance individual as a marketing officer.He/she will be  involved in increasing the sales of products and bringing profits horticulture company in Lobatse. The marketing officer will be  involved in all kinds of marketing, networking and social medial platforms for the company. The management will sorely be relying on the individual to sell and move produce to make profit

Work Responsibilities

• Work closely with the production team to incorporate new business strategies and marketing methods
• organise and attend monthly business meetings with clients
• attend Agriculture events and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capture potential markets
• advertise products through phone calls and blast SMS
• prepare weekly and monthly reports to management

Job Requirements

• Should be a skilled and creative copywriter through detailed market analysis
• Proficient communication skills and ability to negotiate with the clients
• Must be aware of the market trends, competitors in the market and future threats
• Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies
• Motivating, leadership quality and should believe in team work and collective efforts
• Good presentation skills and sound mathematical and statistical skills
• ability to use MS suite
• procurement skills will be an added advantage
