De Beers Global Sightholder Sales (DBGSS) is offering employment opportunity to an experienced Executive Assistant.

ROLE PURPOSE

The eligible candidate will offer support to the Executive Team. Board Members and Senior Management in provision of pro-active confidential office management, projects si administrative services. The incumbent will be expected to also assist in organising travel and accommodation, taking minutes and other organisational tasks.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 8 years prior experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
• Superb verbal, writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills
• Proven capability to cope with rapidly changing priorities and working at pace with accuracy
• Excellent IT system and office management skills together with a track record of achievement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Administrative or Secretarial qualification
• Form 5 BGCSE (including Mathematics and English Language) and/or Educated to A level standard or equivalent
• Microsoft Office suite
