Sales Manager – Technology Solutions

• Manage an effective customer retention programme through Pipeline Management & Reporting
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships through relationship management
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
• Manage key customers’ portfolios, and
• Reporting

REQUIREMENTS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Sales and Marketing or relevant field
• 5 years of Sales, Marketing or Related Experience
• Communication Skills
• Good leadership and management skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Understand the fundamentals of project management and be able to formulate accurate proposals/tenders from start to finish
• Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
