JOB SUMMARY
LOCATION: Gaborone
Appointment type: 3 years FIXED TERM CONTRACT
To assist the entire process of procurement for goods and services by soliciting for quotations, expediting orders, resolving supplier queries, contracts management, ensuring effective records management and participating in the selection, awarding, debrief and administration of tender evaluations. You will be required to negotiate buying agreements, focal Point and ensures adherence to Company procurement policies and procedure and actively involved in the disposal of obsolete stocks.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Business Degree or related.
- Post Qualification that is procurement-related is an added advantage
- Membership of a supply chain professional body
- At least four years’ post-qualification experience in the supply chain field, specializing in procurement and exposure to computerized procurement systems.
- Experience in management of Environmental and Quality Management System
