CEDA would love to nurture your brilliance through the recently launched Graduate Development Programme (GDP).

Our Graduate Trainees benefit from CEDA’s solid business experience built over many years of exceptional Development Financing.

The GDP is designed to give our fire starters the best Development Finance exposure in a robust and structured 24 months programme across CEDA Business Units.

Upon successful completion of the GDP, individuals will be eligible for consideration into full time employment with CEDA.

What Does It take to qualify?

Education

A degree in any of the following fields of study:

• Insurance

• Project Management

• Risk Management

• Finance & Banking

• Business Development

• Credit Management

• Engineering (Building /Quantity Surveying/Civil )

Candidates should have graduated with a 2.1/GPA 3.6 or higher.
