PRODUCTION MANAGER

Apprenticeship served Mechanical Technician—Mobile Multi-skilled Technician

Minimum 10-25 years experience in technical support environment, with adequate line production manufacturing systems and expertise in the following areas;

1. Mining Sector- Open Pit and Shaft- walking draglines, rope shovels, rock drills, dump trucks, haul trucks, bulldozers, scrappers, front-end loaders, crawl loaders, screening plants, sizers, rotary crushers, conveyor systems, pumping systems, skid steer loaders, excavators, motor graders

2. Railway Sector- vehicle body building, coach building, coach plumbing/sheet metal work, gear box maintenance, bogie maintenance (axels, shoe gears, dampers), braking systems, wagon repairs, certified welding.

3. Construction Sector-steel erection, road construction earth moving equipment and recyclers, graders, dozers, excavators), bridge repairs.

4. Aviation Industry- aircraft galley fitting, sheet metal working and specialized welding.

5. Knowledge of Programming CNC Fabrication Equipment
Candidate will be required to carry out the following nation-wide off grid service:

 Specialised welding and fabrication (onsite)
 Mechanical Fitting Service
 Rigging/Pipe Fitting Service
 Back-up and flexible on call service
 Consultation Service
 Training of staff in the above-mentioned skills.

Essential Requirements:

Preference will be given to a candidate with a fully loaded mobile workshop for attending on-site breakdowns.
