MAINTENANCE PLANNER

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To determine and prepare maintenance schedules, acquire, issue spares and maintain the Computerised Maintenance Management System to ensure that the plant is maintained according to schedule

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Timely availability of spare parts
• Timely issuing of accurate job card
• Availability and Accuracy of CMMS records

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education Diploma m Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or it’s equivalent

(He or She must be registered with Engineering Registration Board (ERBl and must have a valid practising certificate)

Experience At least three years post qualification in an engineering maintenance environment Experience in CMMS is essential

Qualities Organizational skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Computer skills
