A position has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resources Business Partner at Petrologistics. This position is based in Gaborone.

The purpose of the role is act in direct partnership with local management teams and business units as key enabler in all areas related to
People, with a distinct view to maximise performance and support the delivery
of appropriate people and organisational solutions.

Behavioural Competencies:

Desired Qualifications/Experience/Education:

• Citizen of Botswana
• A valid BGCSE
• Bachelors Degree or similar HR Qualification or Social
  Sciences Degree
• 5 (Five) years’ experience in Human Resources Management or
  HR Business Partnering
• Reliable transport to and from work
• In depth knowledge of all Botswana Labour Legislation
• Ability to communicate at all levels and good interpersonal
  skills
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Good computer skills-Microsoft, SAP, etc.
• Extensive HR Generalist knowledge and experience including Payroll
