REQUIREMENTS

• Should be above 28 years of age
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Strong team building and morale building abilities
• Ability to implement Company policies and procedures efficiently
• Sound decision making and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to adapt successfully in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills including the ability to browse the Internet, use email, and Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience preferred.

CASHIERS, GRILLERS, PRODUCTION STAFF, WAITERS

• Should be between 25-35 years of age
• The kitchen staff performs a wide range of duties in the fast-moving kitchen
• Should be agile
• Experience in the food industry is an advantage
