Duties:
The successful candidate shall be expected to:
- Advise the organisation on the application of the organisation terms and conditions of employment,
- Implement the organisation’s procedures to the recruitment of staff and provides professional and administrative support to appointment and selection committees
- Ensure that new employees complete recruitment formalities and contracts and assists with the induction of new employees
- Work closely with departments and on the identification ot manpower requirements and training and development needs.
- Assist with the development of HR budgets and estimates and the preparation of HR forecasts and statistics.
- Supervise the accurate maintenance ot computerised HR record systems
- Estobfah and ensures implement fifing and record systems
- Advice on the application of the HR terms and conditions ot employment disciplinary code and procedure.
- Attend to and resolves employee complaints and grievances,
- Prepare draft appointment, promotion, transfer, dismissal, etc. letters as directed in accordance with personnel policies.
- Process and review applications in terms of the HR various welfare, allowance and benefits schemes and authorises applications within delegated authorities.
- Coordinate performance management reviews and assist user departments with the implementation of the performance management system
- Process and implement the HR Departmental measurements that support the accomplishment ot the company’s strategic goals
- Process HR information and documentation or compliance with the laws and regulations

- A minimum of Human Resources Degree (or similar qualification)
- Minimum 5 years experience m a Human Resources position
- Knowledge of employment policies, practices and procedures will be an added advantage
- A sound understanding of Botswana Labour laws
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, organisational skills, negotiating skills
- The candidate should be assertive and pro-active
