Vacancies
1. Senior Engineer
Bsc in Civil Engineering or equivalent and a Postgraduate qualification in engineering and should have at least 15 years’ experience in design and supervision of water supply/wastewater projects.

2. Resident Engineer
B.Eng(Civil) or equivalent 10 years’ experience in water supply/wastewater construction supervision. He/She should have been a resident engineer on at least wastewater projects.

3. Assistant Resident Engineer(Civil) –
for Pipeline B.Eng(Civil) 5 years’ experience in water supply/wastewater construction supervision. He/She should have been an ARE on at least two projects.

4. Assistant Resident Engineer(Civil for concrete & steel) –
B.Eng(Civil/Structural) 5 years’ experience in water supply/wastewater construction supervision. He/she should have been an ARE on at least two projects.

5. Assistant Resident Engineer (Electrical) –
B.Eng (Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent 4 years experience in water supply construction supervision. He/She should have been an ARE (Mechanical) on at least two projects.

6. Assistant Resident Engineer (Mechanical) –
B.Eng (Mechanical) or equivalent 4 years’ experience in water supply construction supervision. He/She should have been an ARE (Mechanical) on at least two projects.

7. Assistant Resident Engineer (Telemetry) –
B.Eng (Electrical & Electronics/Telecommunications) or equivalent 4 years’ experience in water supply construction supervision. He/She should have been an ARE (Telemetry) on at least two projects.

8. Surveyor
Bsc Surveying or equivalent 4 years’ experience in water supply construction supervision. He/She should have been a Surveyor on at least two projects.
Must be ERB registered.

9. Environmental and Safeguard officer –
Bsc Environmental Engineering or equivalent 4 years’ experience in water supply construction supervision. He/She should have been an Environmental and Safeguard officer on at least two projects.

10. Chief Operating Officer –
Bsc / Msc Environmental in Water and Sanitation sector. Must have over 25 years experience of working internationally and in Southern Africa. Candidate will be responsible for overall coordination, management and control of projects in Botswana and Zambia.

11. Hydrogeologist –
Bsc Geology with minimum of 5 years experience in drilling and test pumping, supervision, report writing.

12. Senior Hydrogeologist –
Msc Geology/Hydrogeology with minimum of 10 years experience in exploration and research on groundwater, surface water projects. Must have extensive experience of research on groundwater, surface water projects. Must have extensive experience of research and record of publications.

13. Office assistant
Preference will be given to Candidates with minimum of 5 years experience. Must have good knowledge on Microsoft Office, Managing Databases, knowledge of Filing System. The candidate must also hold at least BGCSE and Diploma in Computer studies.

NB: All Engineers applying must be a member of a recognized professional body and registered with the Engineers’ Registration Board (ERB) and have valid practicing licence. Clean driver’s licence.
