POST(S): TEMPORARY FIELD ASSISTANTS (28 POSTS)

Applications are invited from suitably qualified citizens for the post of temporary field assistant tenable at Palapye Sub District-

Maunatlana x3, Lerala x3, Lecheng x3, Palapye x3, Radisele x2, Topisi x2, Tamasane x2, Maokatumo x2, Lesenapole x2, Ratholo x2, Gootau x2, Makoro x2 for a period of 4 months from date of commencement of duty.

SALARY: B5 Scale bottom notch scale (p3216.00 per month)

LEAVE: 20 working days per annum

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
•Measuring the fields in the Department Of Crop Production under ISPAAD programme.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of BGCSE Certificate.
•18-35 years of age
•Have no criminal record
•Must be physically & mentally fit
•Must be of sober habits

DUTIES:
•Measure fields ploughed/planted under ISPAAD programme.
•Calculate the total area ploughed/planted.
•Fill in the practical completion certificates.
•Submit completed certificates to the supervisor for checking.
•Distribution of Seeds, a compilation of reports or any other duties cognizable to the job.
•Undertaking any other related duties as required meeting the exigencies of the service.
