Otraco Botswana (Pty) Ltd is a specialist Tyro Management Company. Our service is based on technical support in all areas related to tyres and rims. We used trained site based tyre servicemen and supervisors to ensure that tyre maintenance is properly and safely carried out.

Otraco Botswana (Pty) Ltd has the following vacant position bases in Jwaneng, Botswana

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 20 years’ of the Road earthmoving tyre experience
• Technical tyre knowledge
• Minimum of 10 years of Management experience
• Sound knowledge and experience in OMS (Otraco Management System)
• Tyre selection and application experience
• Miller Heiman Certifications
• Experience in TKPH and V-Box studies
• Sound knowledge and experience in Safety
• Financial Management experience
• Compiling monthly GMR reports
• Good Personal Management skills
• Knowledge in Industry/financial requirements
• Conducting High level Meeting with Client
• KPI Driven
• A valid vehicle drivers licence
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Tender closing experience
• Senior certificate, equivalent to Grade 12
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Computer literacy reasonable typing skills
• Accept and adhere to legal appointment
• Reporting to the Country manager southern Africa (pty) Ltd

Key Performance Areas:

• Safety: Ensure all personnel are properly inducted into the workplace
• Safety: Ensure that all personnel have valid driver licenses. Medicals, inductions.
• Safety: Ensure that all personnel work safety and SHE procedures
• Safety: Ensure that all personnel comply with site “lock-out” procedures
• Safety: Ensure that all personnel use and maintain personal protective equipment according to procedures.

• Safety: Report hazards, unsafe work conditions and equipment
• Safety: Comply with site emergency evacuation procedures

• Safety Audits
• Assisting in conduction of Critical Control Audits. PTO’s, SBO’s and risk assessments
• Assisting in the evaluation of all training procedures and personnel – assessment
• Ensure all personnel comply with Otraco Management System policies, procedures and instruction
• Ensure that the contract “Scope of work” is performed to a high quality of service
• Ensure that all operations conform to Otraco International standards and best practices
• Ensure Otraco Botswana sustain and grow their market position
• Ensure Otraco Botswana remains the employer of choice in the industry
• Ensure that Otraco Botswana conform to all local regularities, governance and legal requirements
• Ensure that all financial and administration conform to Otraco policies
• Ensure that all Otraco Policies are implemented and adhered to
