Accounts & Office Administrator

Responsible for the entire administrative operation of the company with special bias in accounting. An ideal candidate will be the one who is articulate, assertive, a result-driven individual and a Self-starter capable of working with very minimal supervision.

Duties to include cashbook entries using Pastel, preparation of accounting books up to Trial Balance level, managing Debtors and Creditors books as well as payroll, record-keeping, asset Register, licensing etc.

Qualification: Minimum Diploma in accounting with 5years experience in a reputable organisation. Driver’s license and knowledge of Pastel is an added advantage.
