MANAGER, PRODUCT AND ELECTRONIC CHANNELS – BOTSWANA SAVINGS BANK

Key accountabilities

• Reporting to the Director. Operations, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the product & electronic banking channels to optimize customer service accessibility and grow market share
• Develop and manage the Product and Channel management strategy for the Bank.
• Responsible for establishing and managing Product & electronic bonking charnels
• Provides leadership, training and supervision, delegates day to day operations to staff.
• Design and deliver end-to-end Project and Channel solutions.
• Target opportunities and create competitive advantage.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree In Business Information Systems.
• Five (5) years post qualification experience in Product Management & electronic channels environment of which three years should have been in a financial institution.
• Expert knowledge in Product and Electronic distribution channels.
