Operations Manager

• We are looking for a hands-on individual to lead the management and oversight of all third-party suppliers including Fund Accounting and Custody
• The successful candidate will monitor various fund operation issues including settlements and cash management
• They will liaise with executing brokers, fund administrator, and system vendors to resolve trade issues and trade breaks.
• They will work closet with other teams such as trading, finance and compliance to ensure operational process is smooth

What We Are Looking For

• At least 5 years experience, preferably gained within the financial services industry
• Relevant experience in an asset manager, or fund administration, or Big 4 accounting firm background is preferred
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high demand environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently within a team structure
