JOB SUMMARY:

To develop and implement financial services, business strategies and frameworks in line with BotswanaPost’s overall business plan. To develop and manage the value added services portfolio based on market requirements and technology capabilities. To ensure the delivery of a secure, reliable and convenient service at all touch points. This function will have responsibility for product development and operational support in the delivery of consistent customer experience in line with BotswanaPost and regulatory requirements. The incumbent will also be responsible for achieving annual revenue and product performance targets, ensuring that BotswanaPost has a competitive edge in this domain.

The position reports to the Business Development Manager–Enterprise & Innovation.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Telecommunication, Business or Risk Management.

A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

– A minimum of 5 years of progressive product or business management experience is required. Proven record of success in coordinating product development projects is a plus, and a clear understanding of the consumer and financial services/banking product is desirable
