KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

• Responsible for achieving the budget- and FC- figures
• Ensure time, cost and quality targets for the assigned projects are met
• Conform to technical and organisational process standards in Production
• Report deviations on the condition of equipment handed over to the project team to maintenance and ensure that these deviations are eliminated
• Improve technical and organisational processes within production in coordination with other departments
• Functional and disciplinary management of assigned staff
• Assist in the planning and adapting of production resources in accordance with Logistics requirements
• Be responsible for the release of production planning in datacube and the production-relevant key figures in budget/FC
• Be responsible for the compliance of function tasks and their processing
• Encourage all levels to independent improvement in accordance with introduced standards
• Represent Production Department in team meetings
• Establish Training Level and Requirements of Production Department Personnel and arrange/conduct required training in some cases
• Establish multi-skilling to enable Capacity Flexibility, Personnel Promotion and Development and functional Deputy Structures for Stability
