Bids and Project Specialist

Job description

• Developing standard sales templates for managing the bid process and creating bid documents based on benchmark best-in-class examples
• Being fully responsible for the bids in scope – managing time and prioritizing accordingly to develop compliant proposals
• Working with account partners and sales teams to develop appropriate propositions.
• Managing the bidding process end to end, involving cooperating roles from within the company (eg. Pricing, Technology, Legal).
• Ensuring each bid complies with internal governance and is fully compliant with customer specifications.
• Ensuring that final bid documents are delivered to customers in compliance with RFP etc.
• Developing and agreeing KPI, measures and targets for bid performance; monitor performance against agreed targets.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in A Business Related field
• At least 5 years experience within a similar environment
